I use some of these same techniques and my gas mileage is roughly around 55 – 60 mpg. I do a lot of highway traveling so it tends to be more around 55 mph. I have been in search for some healthy snack recipes to help keep away the hunger in the early afternoon and keep me satisfied until dinner. I also wanted something that was a great pick me up to make it through the rest of the day! With all of this in mind, it had to be healthy!
I was shown some awesome recipes from Ellie Krieger. One of her snacks for the day was maple glazed walnuts. The maple does a little extra and helps satisfy my extremely sweet teeth! Yesterday some awful storms blew through north central North Carolina. Greensboro, NC got the brunt of the storms with tornadoes.

After watching all the videos online about Mario Kart for the Wii, I drove myself over to the local Gamestop to pick up the latest and HOTEST game for the Wii! Let me tell you that it is AWESOME!
First off, I had to get an extra control wheel to play against someone. There was already one packaged with the game. The little Wii mote fits in sideways on the wheel to allow you to feel like you are actually controlling the vehicle! The 2 button is for gas while the 1 is for brakes.
