Apple iPhone 3G Battery

The iPhone 3G has been the best phone I have ever used in my life! It replaces multiple devices into one! It is basically my little handheld computer!

After participating in multiple iPhone 3G forums on battery life, I don’t see anything from Apple or users what they are actually getting in standby times and usage times. Along with a few software bugs in 2.0, this is by far one of the biggest issues that is affecting a lot iPhone owners.     Read the rest of this entry »

Apple iPhone 3G Battery

The Apple iPhone 3G! I LOVE IT! Except the battery sucks! – from my experience, the 3G will kill the battery, I had to turn it off in the settings.

Except for the battery sucking, this is absolutely the best mobile device I have ever used! Apple has surely raised the bar on mobile devices!

I spent all night in front of the Apple Store in Durham, NC at the Streets of Southpoint. I arrived around 10:30 p.m. and became the 2nd person in line for the night! YES!  The first person was going to be a freshman in college his year, and he was also the first in line at the same store for the original iPhone launch. He could have not been anymore excited than myself to get his hands on the 16GB white iPhone 3G. I decided to go with black to keep the white plastic from changing colors because of the dirt. Although, I did want the white one!   Read the rest of this entry »

iPhone Unavailable Apple Store

Today I noticed Apple has just updated their online store very secretly to reflect the status of the 8GB and 16GB iPhone. They now are currently unavailable! We all know iPhone 2.0 is coming out very soon but no exact dates. I tried to get some info out of the lady from Apple’s online chat, but nothing good came out of it! Here is our short little conversation.  Read the rest of this entry »

Iphone SDK Developer Program Apple

Only a few months to go and the iPhone will be the best mobile device ever created! You ask why isn’t it already?

Apple has locked down the phone since it was first released for developers not to create or install applications on the phone Read the rest of this entry »

I cannot be anymore excited as I am right now. When I immediately saw the news on popping up on the net about the iPhone 1.1.4 update, I plugged my phone into the computer and started updating. Unfortunately, Apple says it is only “Bug Fixes”. Yet, no one really knows what that means.

A lot of speculation is going around about Starbucks closing for 3 hours tonight for their “Barista re-education training” and now the new 1.1.4 iPhone update. Will we be able to order our drinks from our iPhone at Starbucks with the new SDK? That would be really sweeet!

Okay, I can’t handle it anymore! SDK WHERE ARE YOU?!

Iphone January Texting

January was another busy month for my fingers and iPhone! I think he wants a little break in February, although I don’t think I am going to let him rest!

The biggest disappointment of last month was that he wouldn’t let me send 6 more texts to make an even 11,000!

After having my iPhone for a couple months and getting sick of the rubber Incase case expanding and getting a bunch of dirt on the back of my iPhone, I decided it was time to switch cases. I did a lot of research in the forums of different cases and what ones people liked. I finally came to the decision and bought the Showcase by Contour Design.

After opening the packaging for the case, I knew this was going to be the case to have. The feel of protectiveness that it gives the iPhone is outstanding. I want a case that is going to protect my phone from the harshest conditions even though I treat my iPhone like it’s a baby and this case is going to do it! All the buttons are easily accessible and a small whole is on the back for the camera. The rubber on the sides of the case allow it to feel comfortable while using your phone. The design of the whole case is outstanding and one of the best features is the clear plastic on front and the back to show the sleekness of the iPhone.

Showcase by Contour Design Features

  • Shock absorbing rubber combined with crystal clear plastic gives all around protection.
  • All-encompassing dual layer protection fused with full accessibility for the screen, sensors, ports, and antenna.
  • This hinged case offers the most versatility, securing your iPhone inside.
  • The holster complements your iPhone, keeping it protected and where you need it.
  • Crystal clear plastic shows off all of the iPhone’s style.
  • The Showcase offers easy access to the headphone port and power button.
  • The iPhone’s speakers and dock port are easily accessible.
  • The holster carries the iPhone face in for full protection or face out for complete access.

If you are looking for a case for your iPhone, this is what you need! Order it off of the Contour Design site for only $34.95. It provides excellent protection along with style for the best phone out there! And no I am not getting any commission for sharing my new case with you! :)
Here is my Flickr Ablum of me unboxing my new case!

December was a very busy month for my iPhone. I guess you can consider it textually active with only 8,936 texts. ;) Which would equal out to just under 300 texts a day! WOOAH! The previous month was only around 7,000.

Thanks to twitter and all my textually active friends!!

Oh, and I still haven’t gotten that shirt yet!
