Cloverfield had a huge record breaking weekend, but many did not know they would acquire an illness along with the movie! I saw the movie and loved it! I am a big horror movie fan and the special effects were great! I think the best way to sum the movie into a sentence is:
A cross between Blair Witch Project and Godzilla.
People that are very prone to motion sickness probably should not see this movie. The whole movie was filmed through a handheld jerky camera. At the beginning of the movie I started to get a headache from it but by the end I think was used to the jerkiness.
I read reports were AMC Theaters placed hundreds of signs across America warning movie goers of the possibility for motion sickness. I also heard EMTs had several calls to theaters on opening weekends from people getting sick. The only real way to stop feeling sick is stop the motion. AKA – Get out of the situation. (Was taught that during my pilot training just in case we had some motion sick passengers)
I think this is a must go see movie for all you horror movie fanatics. Although, if you do know you are prone to motion sickness, just make sure you take some dramamine before you go!
If you have already seen it, I wanna hear what you thought of it! Did you get sick?

Sometimes we don’t stay in the greatest hotels and this is probably one of the worst ones. I have had big black bug issues on the curtains numerous times!
After having my iPhone for a couple months and getting sick of the rubber Incase case expanding and getting a bunch of dirt on the back of my iPhone, I decided it was time to switch cases. I did a lot of research in the forums of different cases and what ones people liked. I finally came to the decision and bought the Showcase by Contour Design.
After opening the packaging for the case, I knew this was going to be the case to have. The feel of protectiveness that it gives the iPhone is outstanding. I want a case that is going to protect my phone from the harshest conditions even though I treat my iPhone like it’s a baby and this case is going to do it! All the buttons are easily accessible and a small whole is on the back for the camera. The rubber on the sides of the case allow it to feel comfortable while using your phone. The design of the whole case is outstanding and one of the best features is the clear plastic on front and the back to show the sleekness of the iPhone.
Showcase by Contour Design Features
Shock absorbing rubber combined with crystal clear plastic gives all around protection.
All-encompassing dual layer protection fused with full accessibility for the screen, sensors, ports, and antenna.
This hinged case offers the most versatility, securing your iPhone inside.
The holster complements your iPhone, keeping it protected and where you need it.
Crystal clear plastic shows off all of the iPhone’s style.
The Showcase offers easy access to the headphone port and power button.
The iPhone’s speakers and dock port are easily accessible.
The holster carries the iPhone face in for full protection or face out for complete access.
If you are looking for a case for your iPhone, this is what you need! Order it off of the Contour Design site for only $34.95. It provides excellent protection along with style for the best phone out there! And no I am not getting any commission for sharing my new case with you! :)

After digging through some old pictures in Las Vegas, I found one of my favorite of all time! The Jean Paul store in Las Vegas had a life size bottle of cologne that I wear! It is Jean Paul Gaultier – Le Male. Yes it’s French, and I every time I go to a store and ask for it I get a different pronunciation. So what is it exactly? I never took French in school!
The lady in the store was very upset I was taking pictures with the life size bottle. I don’t think she was nice enough to let me take it home! Do you think there is any way I could get my own life size cologne bottle?
After all the hype yesterday of the Southern winter storm, we got a very light dusting of snow. People around here were freaking out yesterday. They needed bread, eggs, and milk before the snow started. I have only been down in the South for about a year and half. They start going crazy if there is one flurry in the sky or its in the forecast. Now if I was in the midwest and got the light dusting of white stuff that we did, they wouldn’t even be calling it snow!
It was also a special occasion for my Prius, he saw the first snowfall of his life!
That was the extent of the snow yesterday on my car, and when I woke up this morning it was all gone!
A lot you have been wondering what is this German Musik I keep playing! When I was in high school, I listened to almost all of the albums from Die Prinzen. They are a German group from the 1990s and very awesome musik in my book, but some of the Germans might disagree with that : )
I do know a lot of the words in their songs. I did listen to them constantly! and yes I do know a little bit of German! I think my favorite song from them is Gabi and Klaus or Millionair. Anways, if you want a taste of my favorite German musik, stop by and say Hi on JTV!
December was a very busy month for my iPhone. I guess you can consider it textually active with only 8,936 texts. ;) Which would equal out to just under 300 texts a day! WOOAH! The previous month was only around 7,000.
Thanks to twitter and all my textually active friends!!
